Our Story Unveiled

Our Mission

Proyecto Apapacho is a migrant-led initiative dedicated to amplifying Latino migrant voices in the United States, specifically State College. Our focus is on sharing anonymous narratives of Spanish-speaking migrants to foster understanding, reduce stigma, and create a sense of belonging within the community. Additionally, we provide resources and conduct interviews with fellow migrants, aiming to support mental health professionals, educators, and advocates working with immigrant populations.
